Here are just a few photos from today's field trip to the Toledo Museum of Art. We went to experience the Rebecca Louise Law: Community installation - and what an experience it was! We had seen many pictures of her work in previous days, but nothing prepared us to actually being in the midst of this amazing sensory adventure.
When we returned, we read a little more about this particular endeavor. It took 17 days to install, 520,000 individual dried and live flower and plant elements, 140 different species of flowers and plants - and lots and lots of volunteers.
