Two S-K students (one from each first/second grade classroom) were awarded a special certificate and prize last night, from the School of Natural Resources and Environment. Sana and Antony were the 2nd and 3rd place winners in their age category. There were over 450 postcards received, the highest amount ever. It was wonderful for Elaine and I to watch our young students be honored in such a way.
The postcards will be up for a while, so if you have a moment during Spring Break, you should definitely check it out. All S-K postcards submitted were there, and all are unique and beautiful. The school is located at 440 Church Street, in the Dana Building.
