Sitting Still Like a Frog

Our morning mindfulness time has changed just a bit. We are taking a break from pebble meditation, and are now learning how to sit still like a frog. I really like this guided meditation as it speaks about being aware of things happening all around us, but not reacting to it. So much of childhood is a whirlwind of actions and reactions, and it is difficult for young people to be mindful of their thoughts, their decisions to act "on purpose", their stress level. It is a very calming way to enter our day, and I highly recommend it for home use too.
