Our Reading Pillows are Finished!

A big thank you goes to Sarah, Mark's mom, as she devoted the past two mornings to our pillow project. The children LOVE them, and are so pleased with the results. After carefully picking out their fabric on our first field trip last Friday, they got to help Sarah run the machine, stuff them full of fluff, and then hand sew the opening shut. Sarah gave children different options - they could make a fringed pillow, or use the extra material for a hat or mask. Thank you so much, Sarah! Give her a hug if you see her!
