October is a very busy month here at Summers-Knoll. Please mark your calendars with the following special events:
Wednesday, October 6th at 9:30 Trip to University of Michigan Museum of Art for docent-led tour of Renaissance pieces
Sunday, October 10 @4:00-7:00 Curious Epicures – Renaissance Feast
Wednesday, October 13 is our first session of Extension Block classes, or EBs. This 6-week session will be every Wednesday morning.
Thursday, October 14 is our Howell Nature Center Trip. We will be learning how to make shelters and fires, learning about bats and flying down the zip line.
Friday, October 15 is the Staff Development Day. There is no school for children that day.
Friday, October 22 @ 10:00 Trip to WCC for the Wild Swan Theater presentation of "Jack and the Beanstalk"
Friday morning, October 29 Eco Fair
