Also, a few of the kids asked to take their spelling lists out for recess, so they could finish what they were working on. How do we make it so enticing and fun?

Lea likes writing stories using all of her spelling words. They can turn out pretty crazy!
Atty loved doing a word search using all of his words.
Stanley is getting pretty adept at sign language, and challenges himself to spell using this method.
Lukas and Stanley wrote their words using colorful chalk.
Erin practiced her dictionary skills by looking up the words on her list.
And of course shaving cream is the BEST. Trent is pictured here writing his words in this creamy and squishy stuff.
