Hands-On Museum/Bright Idea

Our field trip went off without a hitch today. The children spent two hours exploring every inch of the museum. By lunchtime, everyone was famished and exhausted. After eating, they got a second wind and fully participated in our science lab. We learned how light travels, experimented with mirrors and prisms, reflected and refracted light, and other interesting activities.

A big, big thank you to Karen and Kjirsten. With their help, we were able to divide into small groups to get the most out of this wonderful museum.
