Our Eco-Fair this year was the best yet. The costumes were spectacular - and isn't it so cool to have kids running around in homemade, recycled costumes?

Today, all students visited four different eco-stations. They made sit-upons using material from the ScrapBox and old newspapers, drums using lots of different cans and plastic jars and twig coasters (or fairy rafts, depending on the child). The also visited a spooky storytelling station. This afternoon, we watched The Lorax and played outside. They also decorated frames/treasure boxes so they could take their special photographs home in style.

Eco-Fair is always a ton of work, but always worth the extra effort. I'm so lucky to work with such creative teachers and administrators.

Here's hoping everyone survives the sugar rush tonight! Happy Halloween. BOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
