We had a lovely, informative, and fun nature walk this morning with Faye. We explored several different areas of County Farm Park, and found signs of Fall everywhere. Even the weather felt very Fall-like this morning, and the air smelled so fresh and clean. Although we are often in the park (usually on our way to the playground), it is a special time with Faye and we can really focus on observing with all of our senses. My favorite time is usually at the very end, when we sit on a log and stay perfectly silent and still for a full minute. Amazing how many sounds we hear and things we see!
