Our Research Has Begun - Body Systems

Today our researches began gathering some information about their body system. We only had 30 minutes today, but will spend many hours throughout the next couple months becoming "experts" on one of five important systems - digestive, muscular, circulatory, skeletal, or respiratory. Here are a few pictures of the students hard at work - using books, models, and educational videos to help them learn. They made sketches and wrote notes. Much more work to do, but it is exciting work!
