We had a lovely time at the main branch of the AADL on Wednesday. If your child had a library card, they were allowed to check out two books. Some children didn't have cards, so they were allowed to take a "freebie", plus a book bag and book marks.
After a story and a tour, children checked out books, and then got a chance to play with some of the things in the children's section, or just look at the fish. There is a lot to do, and we were not ready to leave. Another trip soon.
I still have applications for library cards if you need one! Even if you are not an Ann Arbor resident, your child can still get a card.
