Here we are, learning another yoga pose. This one is Matsyasana, or The Fish Pose. Can you see why?
Notice how Skye's legs are straight and toes are pointed. Her elbows, forearms and shoulder blades are close together. Then, she arches her back and lowers her head until her crown is resting on the floor.
This pose teaches us how to relax and accept the journey of life. We will jump in, and just go with the flow!
