Sock Gardens

This afternoon I took our band of explorers to one of the prairie areas at County Farm Park. Putting a big sock over one of their shoes, they spent about 15 minutes walking and running through the high weeds. When we got back to the classroom, we planted our socks in a shoebox! We will see if we brought home and "visitors" with us.
