Here are a few photos of our field trip yesterday to
Matthaei Botanical Gardens. Our docents were wonderful and very informative. Of course, the children were most interested in the rain forest area - and impressed the docents with their knowledge obtained already in the classroom and through their own home research.
This is a great place to go on a cold and blustery day. Keep it in mind the next time you need a little warmth and light! We saw people sketching, relaxing, reading and play chess. It reminded me to treat Ann Arbor as if I were a tourist - it has so very much to offer!
Anyway, here are the photos - enjoy!
