After doing some quick experiments with salt and ice, we used these ingredients to help make delicious vanilla ice cream. I think we were all surprised how quickly the cream and sugar turned to a wonderful dessert!
I didn't get through all the chemistry cooking/experiments I had planned this month, so I think we continue making things (like bread, perhaps, or salsa) into February. This is just too much fun to stop!
