It was wonderful to see the students' projects today, and to hear them each speak to their group about their chosen career. We divided the students into three mixed-aged groups, kindergarten through 6th grade. It was particularly lovely to see the whole school come together and treat each other respectfully, no matter the age or grade. A wide range of careers was represented. For example, In the group that presented in my room we had a banker, a dancer, 2 veterinarians, a tax lawyer, a dentist, a doctor, and environmental scientist, a police officer, a marine biologist and a JoAnn Fabrics worker!
