Bunting Project

Many thanks to Elizabeth and Shun for coming in this afternoon to help us with our bunting project. This bunting will be put together sometime over spring break, and then auctioned off at our big fundraiser, Eudaimonia.

Each classroom chose a different theme or way to do their bunting, so each one will be lovely and unique. My group of owl-loving young scholars made it easy for me to settle on a theme for our room. I precut owl shapes, and also had felt hearts cut out for the face and/or the belly. Children could then select materials from a huge and varied collection - buttons for eyes, plus jewels, lace, feathers, yarn, etc.
