We spent a bit of time today decorating big valentine collection boxes. Sometimes I think that the children love this part more even than the exchange! There is something so deliciously fun by using scraps of all sort, ribbons, stickers, buttons, bows, and - most wonderfully - imagination to make your own creation.
Remember, addressed valentines are to come in on FRIDAY, the 13th. Boxes will go home Friday afternoon. If your child is to be picked up at the skating rink, I will have their boxes there, in a white garbage bag for easy carrying.
