Fresh fruit is probably the number one healthy choice that the students love. Bananas, apples, berries (when affordable), freeze-dried and dried fruits, etc. Big tubs of yogurt or unsweetened applesauce are great. The occasional bread-y type treat is very popular (like a baguette sliced up and served with some butter or olive oil). Although we have no allergies in our room, please remember we are a nut-aware school.
